We accept STL, 3MF, and OBJ file formats. For best results, we recommend STL or 3MF files exported at high resolution. If you have a different file format, contact us and we can often help convert it.

While we specialize in printing, we can provide design recommendations and help optimize your existing models for 3D printing. For full design services, we can refer you to trusted design partners.

We stand behind our work. If your print has defects or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll reprint it at no additional cost. Simply contact us with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.

Yes! We offer various post-processing options including sanding, painting, vapor smoothing, and assembly. Let us know your requirements when requesting a quote.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information at any time.

We ship throughout the United States via USPS and FedEx. International shipping is available for select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Absolutely. We treat all customer designs as confidential. Your files are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. We can also sign NDAs for sensitive projects upon request.
